I offer support for individuals and families navigating separation, divorce, and the changes that come with it. Every family is different, so the process is tailored to suit your unique situation—whether you’re just beginning the journey or working through ongoing challenges.
The focus is on creating a space where respectful conversations can happen, emotions can be acknowledged, and practical solutions can be found—together.
You’ll find more information about the services I offer below. If you’re unsure where to begin, just get in touch—I’m here to guide you through the process at your own pace.

Family Mediation
Structured meeting facilitated by a mediator.
A Family Mediation Session is a structured, confidential meeting led by a trained and impartial mediator, designed to help separating or separated families resolve disputes in a constructive way. These sessions offer a safe space to discuss important issues such as parenting arrangements, finances, property, and communication—without going to court.
Mediation sessions are guided by a impartial professional who helps keep conversations focused and respectful. You’ll each have the chance to share your views, listen, and work toward practical solutions—whether meeting in person, online, or separately (shuttle mediation). The process is voluntary, confidential, and centered around reaching agreements that work for everyone, especially children.
Most mediation cases require several sessions, depending on the complexity of the issues and the willingness of both parties to reach agreement.
The aim is always the same: to help you find fair, balanced solutions that you both feel comfortable with—without the stress and cost of going to court.

Opportunity for children to have their voice heard.
Child Inclusive Mediation gives children a chance to have their voices heard during the mediation process. A specially trained mediator meets with your child or children (usually aged 10 or over) in a safe and friendly setting to chat about how they’re feeling and what’s important to them as their family situation changes.
It’s not about asking children to take sides or make decisions—it’s simply about listening to them. If your child is happy for their thoughts to be shared, the mediator can bring their views into the conversations you’re having as parents. This can help you both make more thoughtful, child-focused arrangements.
Many parents find it helpful to hear directly how their children are coping, so they can plan in a way that truly supports them.
